Coromandel International has informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad vide its order dated September 17, 2021 (‘Tribunal Order’) has directed the Company to convene the meetings of the equity shareholders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors of the Company in the matter of Scheme of Amalgamation of Liberty Pesticides and Fertilizers, Coromandel SQM (India) with Coromandel International and their respective shareholders. The company has enclosed a copy of the Tribunal Order.
