Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindusthan Urban Infrastructure has informed that the shareholders of the Company in the 61st Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM) held on today 24th September, 2021 has approved the following: Revision in the remuneration paid/ payable to Deepak Kejriwal (DIN: 07442554) as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2021 for remaining period of his present tenure i.e., up to 30th November, 2021 and Re-appointment and remuneration of Deepak Kejriwal (DIN: 07442554) as Managing Director of the Company for a term of three years with effect from 1st December, 2021, liable to retire by rotation. The required details pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations are annexed as Annexure-I.
