Tera Software has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the Company from 1st October, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Half-Year ended on 30th September, 2021. The date of declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
