Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and in accordance with the Internal Code of Conduct, Permanent Magnets has informed that the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by its Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons shall be closed with effect from 1st October, 2021. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2021. Accordingly, all the insiders (including Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons) and their immediate relatives and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. The same has been communicated to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 will be intimated in due course.
