In terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Manpasand Beverages has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons (including Directors) and their relatives, from September 30, 2021 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2021. All Designated Employees (including Directors) and their relatives are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
