Easy Fincorp has informed that in pursuance of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading in securities of the Company by employees and other connected persons, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will be closed from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the communication of the outcome of the Board Meeting to be held for approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the half year ended on 30th September 2021, to the Stock Exchange.
