Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Manpasand Beverages has informed that Kaushal Ameta (DIN: 02143786), Independent Director of the Company, have tender his resignation with effect from September 20,2021 citing reason as ‘pre occupancy’ via email. Copy of Resignation as received is also annexed. The Company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) and the Powers of Board of Directors was suspended by virtue of order of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Ahmedabad dated March 01, 2021 in accordance with Section 17(1)(b) of the IBC. Therefore, the abovementioned resignations are subject to approval of Committee of Creditors (CoC) of the Company. Also note that IRP have requested Ameta, to provide detailed reason with other information as per SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, however such disclosure is pending and yet to be received.
