In compliance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, Dhunseri Investments has informed that the trading window for all the Designated Persons for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending 30th September, 2021, for which intimation of Board Meeting will be given in due course.
