Pursuant to the Code for prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of BPCL, Bharat Petroleum Corporation has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company would remain closed for designated persons covered under the said Code from Friday, 1st October 2021 till 48 hours after the filing of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 with the stock exchanges. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the said financial results would be intimated in due course.
