Tanfac Industries has informed about closure of trading window for the designated persons/ connected persons which will be in effect from 1st October, 2021 shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Statement of Standalone unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021 will be intimated in due course. The Company has already advised all the designated persons to adhere to the code and not to trade in the security of the Company during the period of closure of trading window.
