Virtual Global Education has informed that in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations), as amended and the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relative, shall remain close with effect from Friday, October 01, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2021. The date of Board Meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September 2021 shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the shares in any manner, during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
