Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Tilaknagar Industries has informed that Shekhar R Singh has ceased to be Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO), designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from conclusion of business hours of September 30, 2021. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from his responsibilities with effect from September 30, 2021. His successor shall be appointed shortly and same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
