North Eastern Carrying Corporation has informed that in terms of Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2021 till expiry of forty eight (48) hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021. During the above period of closure of trading window, all designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to deal in Equity Shares of NECC. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 will be intimated in due course.
