Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021. Dealing involving the purchase or sale of the Company's shares by the connected person/ designated employees of the Company, including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated separately.
