Further, as informed vide the letter ref. no. BEPL/SEC/2021/122 dated 30th September, 2021, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Equity shares by the designated persons and/or their immediate relatives has already been closed with effective from 1st October, 2021 and that the same shall open on 18th October, 2021.
