Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 3697260.76 crore on October 4 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 40436465.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 23,026.63 crore, Stock Futures Rs 68,857.62 crore and Index Options Rs 3395444.34 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 2,09,932.17 crore.
