In furtherance to letter dated 30th September, 2021 and in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Pennar Industries has informed that the members of the Company at its 45th AGM held on Thursday, 30th September, 2021 at 11:00 am through video conferencing, has regularized the appointment of RVS Ramakrishna as an Independent Director of the Company to hold office for a term of five consecutive years from 04.06.2021 to 03.06.2026, not liable to retire by rotation.
