Arvind Remedies has received offer from Vensun Pharmaceuticals LLc in US for marketing tie up and for development of products with USFDA registration in the new plant located at Irungatukottai, Kancheepuram district in Tamil Nadu and for supply to that country. The board has authorized managing director to sign the MOU with the said company and to finalize the terms and conditions in this regard.
Besides, the company has plans to get registered its Irungatukottai unit as USFDA project. The board at its meeting held on November 08, 2012 has approved for the same.
Arvind Remedies is engaged in manufacturing of pharmaceutical formulations such as tablets, capsules (including soft gels), ointments and liquids. It has a manufacturing facility at Kakkalur in Tamil Nadu.
