Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021, in Mumbai, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended on September 30, 2021 and approve declaration of interim dividend, if any. The interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Monday, November 1, 2021, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose. Further to its earlier letter dated September 27, 2021 and pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by its Designated Persons, the Trading Window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed till October 23, 2021.
