GCM Capital Advisors has informed that the Board in its meeting held today have approved the appointment of Manish Baid as an additional Director designated Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company, subject to approval of members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also provided Brief Bio-data of the newly appointed Director which was missing in previous submission. Also informed that Manish Baid, who has been appointed as Director by the Company, have not been debarred from holding the office of Directors by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
