HFCL has submitted the copies of the extracts of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2021, on Standalone and Consolidated basis, published on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, in the newspapers, Financial Express (All Edition)- English, Divya Himachal (Shimla) - Hindi and Jansatta (Chandigarh) - Hindi as per the requirements of Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The aforesaid Un-Audited Financial Results, had been considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on October 11, 2021 and were submitted to the Stock Exchanges (NSE & BSE) on the same day.
