Star Cement has informed that the Company has published the Post-Buyback Public Announcement for the buyback of 82,48,580 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re 1 each at a price of Rs 150 per equity share on a proportionate basis from the equity shareholders of the Company as on the Record date i.e., 26th August, 2021 through the 'Tender Offer' route using the Stock Exchange Mechanism.
