SRF has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 15th October 2021, allotted 23,69,80,820 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each as fully-paid up Bonus Equity Shares, in the proportion of Four (4) Equity Share of Rs 10 each for every One (1) existing Equity Shares of Rs 10 each, to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the register of Members / list of beneficial owners as on October 14, 2021, i.e. record date fixed for this purpose. Consequently, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 59,24,52,050 divided into 5,92,45,205 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 296,22,60,250 divided into 29,62,26,025 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.
