With reference to the above email of 14th October 2021 requesting them to provide with any information/ announcement (including impending announcement) which in the opinion of the Company may have a bearing on the price behavior in the scrip of the Company. In this regard, Inox Wind has informed that there is no undisclosed information/ announcement (including impending announcement), which in its opinion may have a bearing on the price/ volume behavior in the scrip of the Company. Further, it like to add that the company has regularly complied with the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and will continue to do so in future.
