Olympic Cards has informed about clarification as to whether the exemption from the provisions relating to Corporate Governance as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to our company since the company is having paid up Equity Share Capital of Rs.16,30,87,000 and Net Worth is Rs.16,56,01,693 as on the last day of the previous financial year; as on 31.03.2021. Hence it presumed that the provisions of Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are not applicable to the company.
