G G Engineering’s board has decided to sell immovable property, available at IDC Palej, District Bharuch, Gujarat for the purpose of clearing all the debt and making the company debt free. The company desires to reduce its burden of debts and need liquidity for expansion of its business. A meeting of the board of Directors of the company held on October 14, 2021 has decided for the same.
G G Engineering manufactures electric power generators. The company develops diesel generators and engines for power management.
