Further, in continuation to its disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated September 30, 2021, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, it has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated employees and connected persons of the Company till October 28, 2021.
