Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals has informed that meeting of Equity Shareholders, Secured and Unsecured Creditors of MRPL convened by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) have been scheduled for 26/11/2021 through VC/OAVM for which the cut-off date has considered for the purpose of sending Notice of meetings. The cut-off date for remote e-voting for Equity shareholders will be on 15/10/2021. Any person who is a member as on 15/10/2021 shall be entitled to vote through remote e-voting which commences on 27/10/2021 (10AM) and ends on 25/11/2021 (5 PM).
