8K Miles Software Services has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on November 26, 2012, to consider Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOPS); implementation of ESOPS and for this purpose constitute a compensation committee for recommending the scheme and appointment of merchant bankers and to consider a possible date for shareholders approval for the scheme.
Further, the board will consider change of company secretary and compliance officer.
