BDH Industries has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/10/2021, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2021 of the financial year 2021-2022. Further with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors have already informed vide letter dated 30th September 2021 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 shall remain closed with immediate effect till closure of trading hours on 2nd November 2021.
