Wockhardt has raised Rs 50 crore through the allotment of 5,000 Nos. of Unlisted, Rated, Secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each to Centrum Credit Opportunities Trust on private placement basis on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the amended and restated debenture trust deed and other transaction documents dated October 20, 2021. The Credit Facilities Committee of the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on October 21, 2021, has allotted the same.
