Further, as informed by them through letter dated 22nd September, 2021, the trading window has been already closed from 1st October, 2021 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company pursuant to SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 and Policy on ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by its Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons of the Company for the purpose of Board Meeting.
