Crest Ventures has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Board Meeting held on Thursday, 21st October, 2021 has approved the appointment of Radhika Bhakuni as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effective from 19th November, 2021 based on the recommendations and approval of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee respectively. Further, in continuation of letter dated 18th October, 2021 informing about the resignation of Parag Shah from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effective from 18th November, 2021 due to internal reshuffling in the Company and the same has been taken on record by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 21st October, 2021. Further, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company in its meeting held on 21st October, 2021 upon due consideration for his experience and expertise has decided to re-designate him as President -Credit and Investments.
