Further, in letter no HIRECT/SEC/2021-22/38, the Company had intimated to the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from September 30, 2021 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
