In terms of Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Steel Authority of India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Steel Authority of India will be held on 29th October, 2021 at New Delhi to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2021; and consideration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22, if any. In case, the Board decides to consider and declare Interim Dividend, if any, the record date for payment of Dividend would be 10th November, 2021.
