Jaykay Enterprises has informed that the Company in its Board Meeting held on 13.8.2021 decided to permanently close its in-house Registrar and Share Transfer Agent activities subject to completion of the necessary formalities as per SEBI (RTI & STA) Reg, 1993 and appointed Alankit Assignments as R&T Agent and the same is scheduled by NSDL to be carried out on 23.10.2021. Intimation for the same has already been given to BSE on 13.8.2021 with the outcome the Board Meeting. Consequent to the change Jaykay Enterprises will stop acting as R&T Agent for electronic connectivity with effective from BOD of 23.10.2021 and Alankit Assignment shall commence as the R&T Agent on 23.10.2021. Contact details of Alankit Assignments is described in the letter attached. In reference to the above, necessary agreement has already been executed with Alankit Assignments to act as RTA with effective from 23.10.2021 for the depositories i.e., NSDL & CDSL.
