Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Barbeque-Nation Hospitality has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held today Friday, October 29, 2021 has approved grant of 3,40,940 stock options to the eligible employees under Barbeque Nation Hospitality Employee Stock Option Plan 2015 (‘ESOP 2015’). The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with respect to the ESOP 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-1. This is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
