Tennis star Leander Paes joins TMC

Tennis Player Leander Paes joined the Trinamool Congress (TMC) in Goa today in presence of West Bengal Chief Minister and Party chief Mamata Banerjee. Earlier in the day, actor and activist Nafisa Ali also joined the TMC at the same event in Goa.

The Bengal CM is currently on a two-day visit to the poll-bound coastal state where she is expected to meet with the party workers and public regarding the expansion of her party’s footprint in the state. She has already announced that her party would contest from all the seats in the upcoming assembly polls. The developments come ahead of Goa Assembly elections scheduled to be held on early 2022.
