India Cements has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2021, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results (subjected to a limited review by the statutory auditors of our Company) for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2021. The Company shall electronically file, after approval by the Board, a certified copy of the aforesaid unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Report of the Joint Statutory Auditors on portal in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The financial results will be published in English and Tamil dailies on 11th November, 2021. In continuation to letter dated 28.09.2021, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October 2021 to 12th November 2021.
