In this connection, the information obtained by MRHFL from Messrs. B S R & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors, in respect of their resignation, pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated 18th October, 2019 is enclosed as Annexure I.
