In terms of the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, ACC has informed that the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company- KFin Technologies had received request letters along with requisite documents duly completed in all respect from the shareholder(s) for issue of duplicate share certificate(s). In that regard, the Committee of Directors of the Company has approved and Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) has issued subdivided / duplicate share certificate(s) to the shareholder(s). The Duplicate Share Certificates have been issued on receipt of proper documentation from the Shareholder and pursuant to the approval accorded by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 29, 2021.
