Poonawalla Fincorp has informed that the Trading Window under the Company’s ‘code of Conduct For Prohibition of Insider Trading (A Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders)’ (Code) for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined in the Code shall continue to remain close till 4th November, 2021 on occasion of the Board Meeting scheduled on 2nd November, 2021.
