Winsome Breweries has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2021, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Half Year and Quarter ended 30th September, 2021 along with the Limited Review Report of the Company's Auditor. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from 01st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results i.e., up to 15th November, 2021. The Trading Window will resume from 16th November, 2021.
