Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Blue Chip India has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 11th day of November, 2021 at 4.30 pm to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and Half year ended on 30th September, 2021, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window had been closed with effect from 1st October, 2021 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting.
