Inditrade Capital has informed that it has decided to transfer 33,15,000 equity shares, aggregating to 51% of the equity share capital, of its wholly owned subsidiary company 'Inditrade Insurance Broking’ to Juno Moneta Technologies (holding company of ICL), at the Board Meeting held on 2nd November, 2021. Accordingly, Inditrade Insurance Broking would cease to be a subsidiary company of ICL under Section 2(46) of the Companies Act, 2013 upon completion of the aforesaid share transfer and will become a fellow subsidiary of ICL. Subsequent to the completion of the aforesaid share transfer, ICL would continue to hold 49% of the equity share capital of Inditrade Insurance Broking.
