The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1576.00 crore against gross sell of Rs 1393.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 182.70 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 743.20 crore with gross sales of Rs 484.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 259.10 crore in debt.
