Grand Foundry has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at the registered office of the Company at 327, 3rd Floor, Arun Chambers, Tardeo Mumbai-400034 to consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended November 14, 2021 along with the Limited review report thereon as submitted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. Further, as per provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations 2015 and as per the terms of 'Code of Internal Procedures and conduct of Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of 'trading by insiders' of the Company, the trading window of the Company which has been closed since October 01, 2021 for publication of financial results, shall remain closed up to November 16, 2021.
