V-Mart Retail has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2021.
The company has reported net loss of Rs 14.14 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 18.96 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 79.53% at Rs crore 342.04 for Q2FY22 as compared Rs 190.52 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
V-Mart Retail is one of the pioneers in setting up stores across various small Indian towns and cities. The company primarily operates in Tier-II and Tier-III cities, with a chain of ‘value retail’ departmental stores offering apparels, general merchandise and kirana, catering to the entire family.
