Gold futures finished at two month peak rate on Monday, with the easing dollar value and on looming inflation worries after the reaffirmation of lower interest rates form US Federal Reserve. Meanwhile, anticipation of another peak reading in US consumer prices in midst of tightness in labour market and supply chain disruptions also boosted yellow metal rates.
