Gold futures settled higher for the fourth session in a row on Tuesday amid worries over accelerating inflation and wilting economic health. Moreover, subdued dollar also lifted the yellow metal investments. Although, weakness in US Treasury Bond Yield notes limited some gains.
Gold futures for December climbed by 0.6% or $2.80 to settle at $1830.80 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. Spot gold rose by 0.3% to $1,828.74 per ounce.
